2027: Oyo State of Our Dream To Be Realized — Adegoke Picks ADC Nomination Form

The race toward the 2027 governorship election in Oyo State gathered momentum as the Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, Oloye Adegboyega Toafeek Adegoke FCA, officially picked the gubernatorial nomination form of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), declaring that the dream of a greater Oyo State would soon become a reality.

Adegoke said his ambition is driven by a genuine passion to reposition Oyo State for sustainable growth, economic prosperity, and people-oriented governance.

The governorship hopeful, who also serves as the Chairman of Solutions 93.9 FM Ibadan, assured residents that his administration, if elected in 2027, would prioritize practical solutions to the challenges confronting the state.

Speaking shortly after obtaining the nomination form, Adegoke emphasized that his campaign, themed “SOLUTIONS 2027,” is built around an Incremental Development Agenda aimed at improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, and economic opportunities across the state.

According to him, Oyo State possesses enormous human and natural resources capable of transforming the state into one of Nigeria’s leading economies if properly harnessed through visionary leadership and strategic planning.

He noted that the “SOLUTIONS 2027” movement represents a collective mission to build a modern, inclusive, and prosperous Oyo State where every citizen can thrive irrespective of political, ethnic, or religious affiliation.

Adegoke further pledged to run an issue-based campaign centered on competence, accountability, transparency, and grassroots development, while calling on residents, stakeholders, and party faithful to support his aspiration.

The philanthropist also reiterated his commitment to youth and women empowerment, promising policies that would stimulate entrepreneurship, create employment opportunities, and improve the standard of living of the people.
