The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has extended warm New Year greetings to the great people of the local government as they step into the year 2026.
In his New Year message, Dr. GLORIOUS congratulated residents for successfully witnessing the end of 2025 and entering a new year filled with hope, opportunities, and renewed strength. He called on citizens to continue to uphold peace, unity, and collective responsibility as key pillars for sustainable development across Ona Ara Local Government.
The Chairman assured the people that his administration remains resolute in delivering people-oriented governance, stressing that 2026 will witness more impactful projects and programmes aimed at improving infrastructure, education, welfare, economic growth, agriculture, and overall community development within the local government.
According to the statement signed by the Chairman’s Press Secretary, Rahmon Alawode, Dr. GLORIOUS prayed for peace, prosperity, good health, and divine guidance for all residents of Ona Ara Local Government, while appreciating their continued support and cooperation with his administration.
Dr. GLORIOUS reaffirmed his commitment to transparent leadership and inclusive governance, noting that the collective support of the people remains the driving force behind the successes recorded so far and those anticipated in the year 2026.
