The House of Representatives member representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Rep. Abass Adigun (Agboworin), has joined other well-wishers to celebrate the Senior Special Assistant on Local Government and Chieftancy Matters To Governor Makinde, Hon.
