Alhaja Kafilat Omolabake Olayiwola Ex Oyo commissioner, Oyo South Oyroma Chairman, has expressed shock on the passing of Chief Yekini Adeojo, a prominent politician, elder statesman and an illustrious son of Ido Local Government in Oyo State.

Ajeiya described Chief Adeojo’s death as a significant loss to Ido local government, Oyo State and the Nation, acknowledging his contributions to politics, religion and community development.

Ajeiya described the death of Baba Adeojo as a huge loss to the political landscape of Oyo State and the Nation Nigeria as a whole.

“Chief Yekini Adeojo was a distinguished leader whose dedication to the progress of Ido Local Government, Oyo State and Nigeria was evident throughout his life. His passing is a great loss to us in Ido local government.

“The departure of Chief Yekini Adeojo has left a great vacuum within the political landscape so difficult to fill, as he can be described as one of the remaining few of such great men of his generation”.

“No doubt his type of person and style of politics fused together is rare, quite commendable and worthy of emulation, he was such a highly respected and benevolent leader within the political landscape and his other various commitments in business, faith and community traditional leadership systems”.

She extended sympathies to the immediate Adeojo family particularly Hon Sherrif Adeojo The Executive Chairman Ido local government, Chairman Water of Oyo State Hon Elias Adeojo, Akeem Adeojo and friends, religious body, associates, community and particularly the entire Ido local government praying for comfort during this difficult time.
