The Iyaloja General of Oyo state, Princess Folashade Abeo Nurudeen has commiserated with the people of Igboora and entire staff of the Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa over the sudden death of its governing council chairman, Professor Abiodun Ojo.

Professor Ojo was pronounced dead in the late hours of Tuesday, April 23, 2024, after a brief illness.

In her condolence message on Thursday, Princess Abeo described the passing of Prof Ojo as a big loss to Igboora, Ibarapa and Oyo state, stating that he was not only a renowned academia but a committed community leader who has touched several lives with every opportunity he had.

The Iyaloja General, who equally extended her condolences to the Commissioner for Trade, Investment and Cooperatives in Oyo state, Honorable Ademola Ojo popularly called ‘Ijaya’, said she received the news of his brother’s death with a rude shock, noting that the late professor would be missed by everyone, including university communities.
