The Political head of Omi-Apata Local Council Development Area (L.C.D.A.), Hon. Barr. Olayemi Oluwasina, has expressed profound sadness over the demise of Oba Lateef Gbadamosi Adebimpe, the revered Osi Balogun of Ibadan Land. In a statement, Hon. Oluwasina described the late monarch as a “luminary of wisdom, leadership, and cultural heritage.”
Oba Adebimpe’s passing has left a void in the hearts of the people of Ibadan and beyond.
His contributions to the development and preservation of Ibadan’s rich cultural legacy will be deeply missed.
Hon. Barr. Oluwasina praised the late Osi Balogun for his unwavering commitment to the progress and unity of Ibadan Land, saying, “His leadership and guidance will be greatly missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us.”
The Omi-Apata L.C.D.A. boss offered his condolences to the family of the late monarch, the people of Ibadan, and the entire Yoruba nation.
