The Oyo state Project Performance and Monitoring Agency, OYSPPMA has on Tuesday, embarked on inspection tour across Oyo state.
Some of the places visited included key projects in Ibadan, Oyo town and Iseyin, including the Government Technical College, OYSADA offices, Fashola Agriculture Business Hub, and LAUTECH Iseyin campus.

The agency’s inspection was led by the Chairman of the agency, Engineer Muftau Open Salawu.
According to the chairman, the contractor handling the renovation of Technical College Ibadan is also working on Government Technical College Saki.

He added that these projects aim to create a conducive learning environment, contributing to poverty reduction, job creation, and wealth generation through skills development and self-reliance.


He said that the RAAMP project at Fashola Farm Hub is progressing well, with notable improvements in accessibility to key areas within the hub, significantly boosting the estate’s development. Additionally, the construction of a state-of-the-art Lecture Hall and classrooms at LAUTECH Iseyin campus is nearing completion.
He concluded that the Oyo State Government, led by Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde, has pledged to prioritize people-centric projects and initiatives aimed at alleviating the economic burden on the state’s residents.
