Residents of Ibadan Southwest Local Government and across Oyo State have thrown their weight behind Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, the Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, as they endorsed SOLUTIONS 2027: Incremental Development Agenda during and after the successful ward congress of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State.
The endorsement came amidst commendations for Adegoke’s grassroots-driven approach and his long-standing contributions to community development. Residents described his agenda as a practical blueprint to reposition the state and further consolidate the achievements of Governor Seyi Makinde.
Chief Adegoke praised Governor Makinde and PDP stakeholders for ensuring a peaceful, transparent, and well-coordinated ward congress, noting that such unity and discipline in party affairs is key to sustaining democracy in Oyo State.
In his remarks, Adegoke reiterated the readiness of the PDP to play its leading role in rescuing Nigeria and restoring the people’s confidence in governance.
He further assured residents that his vision is rooted in creating a prosperous and inclusive society, one that Nigerians already believe in and will continue to trust as the party strengthens its national agenda.
The gesture reaffirmed the residents’ confidence in the PDP’s direction while projecting Chief Adegoke as a key player in shaping the political and developmental future of Oyo State ahead of 2027.
