Governor Seyi Makinde 2nd term Bid Youth Camapign Director General for Ibadan SouthEast, Ambassador Olumide Ojo in a statement made available to the press, extends his hearty congratulations to Prince Falana Adebowale and Asiwaju Seun Fakorede on their well-deserved appointments in the crucial position of the youth constituency of Oyo State.

“This significant milestone not only marks a crucial step toward youth empowerment but also highlights the commendable effort of Governor Seyi Makinde in recognizing and entrusting capable youth in key leadership positions and can be described as round pegs in round holes”, the statement reads.

Olumide Ojo, who has been tirelessly advocating for the empowerment and inclusion of youth most particularly the appointment of credible youth leader to serve in the Seyi Makinde’s Administration commends the Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde, for appointing Falana as Chairman, Youth Development Agency and Fakorede as Executive Adviser on Youth & Sport.

“Both personalities, with proven track record and exceptional dedication, have demonstrated unwavering commitment to sustainable development in the state. Their previous role as the Director General of Ibadan North Campaign and Youth Commissioner showcased their visionary approaches to sustainable development.” he noted.

Ambassador Olumide praised Governor Seyi Makinde for his foresight in appointing vibrant youth to key positions in his cabinet, thereby reaffirming the value and capability of youth leaders in shaping the future of Nigeria.
