The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo has been receiving outpouring of praise and gratitude over the ongoing road grading in Ward 10 of the local government.
The chairman of the Landlords and Residents Association of Layaju, Elere Oloko (LEO) community, Mr. Abdul Gafar Aderonmu, said the community, which comprises eleven zones, has been long awaiting the Local Government for the grading of the community roads.
Mr. Aderonmu said the community would forever be grateful to the council chairman and councilor representing Ward 10, Hon Oyewumi Kabir Akinsola, for coming to the community aid when it’s best needed.
The LEO community assured the chairman that the community would reciprocate the good gesture of the chairman by supporting him whenever their assistance is needed.
While inspecting the job done so far, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo expressed his satisfaction with the grading exercise and assured the people of the community that the grader would work for three days in Ward 10.
Other areas graded within Ward Ten are Idi-Ahun to Bola Road, Mekun to Olosun Road, and Arise, Ojimi to Are Alasa Roads.
Accompanied by the chairman to ward ten are the chief of staff to the chairman, Hon. AbdulAzeez Yahaya, super for works, Hon Olajide Tolulope Adedamola, and other party faithful.
