PHOTOS: Soun Ogbomoso, Oba Ghandi presents ‘Trailblazer Female award’ to Makinde’s aide, Agberemi RAD

The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo, also known as RAD, has been honored with a prestigious award for her outstanding contributions in the society.

This prestigious award, which recognises the impactful contributions of female in the society, celebrates Hon. Agberemi’s exceptional representation for blazing a trail for others to follow through her selfless community engagement and services which are beneficial to the good people of Oyo state.

The award was presented by His Imperial Majesty, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orumogege III, Soun of Ogbomosoland on Thursday following a 3-Day Conference/Workshop organized by National Councillors Forum held at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.

With the theme, ‘Effects of Practical Legislation on The Development of Grassroot Administration’, the program had in attendance several personalities including royal fathers, politicians and host of others.

Oba Ghandi, while presenting the award, commended Hon. Ramata for bagging the prestigious award, stating, “It was in recognition of her impactful contributions to the society.

According to the organizer, who described the awardee as an achiever per excellence, noted that the Oyo Governor’s aide became eligible for the prestigious award having scaled all the strict standards of excellence laid by the management of the organization.

The group emphasized Ramata’s tremendous contributions to society through her foundation, Baby Blue Angels, among other initiatives, and emphasised how important it is to recognise her role in shaping future leaders at an early age.
