The Iyaloja General of Oyo state, Princess Folashade Azeezat Abeo Nurudeen, on Thursday, paid a pre-congratulatory visit to Olubadan designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin ahead of the forthcoming coronation ceremony.
MOUTHPIECE NGR understands that the coronation and installation ceremony slated next month will follow the burial of the late Oba Oba Mahood Lekan Balogun in June.
Accompanied by several market leaders from various zones in Oyo State, Princess Abeo was warmly received by Oba Olakulehin.
The Iyaloja General expressed her joy and gratitude, thanking God for sparing the life of the Olubadan Designate and praying for his health and peace of mind as he prepares for his coronation.
Princess Abeo, known for her high regard for traditional rulers, however reiterated her commitment to being a good ambassador of royalty in Oyo State and Nigeria.
She also praised Governor Seyi Makinde for fostering peace and stability in Oyo State, commending his governance and praying for his continued success and protection.
Excited by her visit, Oba Olakulehin, who appreciated Princess Folashade Azeezat Abeo Nurudeen and her entourage for their visit, described her as brilliant, bold and beautiful woman.
She encouraged her to continue her role as a distinguished ambassador of royalty.
