Chairman, House Committee on Security & Strategy gave out his daughter, Zainab , in marriage to her heartthrob, Habib, on Saturday, July 13, 2024.
The wedding ceremony, which took place at the Casa Lucio Event Centre, was attended by dignitaries from all walks of life, including religious clerics, government officials, business leaders, and political stakeholders.
The bride, Zainab, looked stunning in her beautiful attire, while the groom, Habib, was dashing in his handsome attire . The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony officiated by League of Imams.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were the security chief in the State, GOC of the Army; AIG of the Police, DG of Operations Burst; DSS and NDLEA, Members of Oyo State House of Assembly, Commissioners, P.a to the governor Alhaji Akeen Azeez while political stalwarts were Chief Babatunde Tijani (Double T), Chief Benedict Akika (Agba Akin), the PDP State Secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke; Special Assistant to Governor on Federal Constituency, Alhaji Soliu Labule Ishola; Executive Chairmen of Ibadan NorthWest, Oluyole and Egbeda Local Government Areas, Vice Chairman of Ibadan Northwest and Chief of Staff, Alhaji Rahman Adepoju, Hon Akeem Olatunji, Alhaji Ganiy Omotosho and Hon Kazeem Fantola respectively.
Other Leaders at the occasion includes; Ibadan NorthWest Pdp Party Chairman, Alhaji Lukman Adesina; Councillors, captains of industry Pdp Progressive Members, Hon. Demola Oke, Hon. Ademola Adeeyo, Sorosoke Ladies; Media’s, Coordinators and Party Faithfuls, among well wishers.
The reception was a colorful display of joy, music, and dance, with guests treated to a sumptuous feast and entertainment. The couple’s first dance as husband and wife was a highlight of the evening.
Hon. (Dr) Dawood Olalere D-Al-Ameen, beaming with pride, described the union as a “beautiful blend of two great families.” He thanked guests for their support and blessings.
The newlyweds were showered with gifts and congratulatory messages as they began their new journey together.
