The Oyo State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Wasiu Adewumi Adeleke, hosted a well-attended and successful Iftar program, bringing together political dignitaries, party stakeholders, and leaders in an atmosphere of unity and spiritual reflection.

The event drew an impressive list of attendees, including Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Personal Assistant to the Oyo State Governor; Alhaji Rahmon Adepoju, Chairman of Ibadan North West Local Government; Engr. Akeem Olatunji, Chairman of Oluyole Local Government; Hon. Kehinde Akande, Chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government; Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, Chairman of Ido Local Government; Hon. The Iftar program underscored the spirit of Ramadan, emphasizing generosity and communal harmony. Speaking at the event, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke highlighted the immense reward in providing food for those breaking their fast, in line with Islamic teachings.

Expressing his appreciation, Alhaji Adeleke thanked the Executive Governor of Oyo State and all guests for their presence, wishing continuous blessings and the opportunity to witness many more Ramadan.
He prayed that Almighty Allah would accept their acts of Ibadah and grant them peace and prosperity.

The event further cemented the PDP’s commitment to fostering unity and goodwill among its members and the wider Oyo State community while enforcing maximum support to the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.
