PHOTOS: 101.7 YES FM Ibadan to Lead Bodija Market Cleanup Initiative in Partnership with FairAction Charity Foundation Ibadan

YES FM Ibadan, a leading voice in community engagement, is set to carry out a major cleanup at Bodija Market as part of its ongoing commitment to making the environment cleaner and healthier. This initiative, scheduled for Thursday, August 22, 2024, is organized in collaboration with FairAction Charity Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing clean water and promoting sustainable sanitation practices.

Following the resounding success of our last cleanup at Soka Market, where volunteers turned out in large numbers to support the exercise, YES FM is continuing its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts with a focus on environmental sustainability. This cleanup is a vital part of our broader mission to give back to our community and support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 2030, specifically Goal 6: “Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.”

All volunteers are invited to join the YES FM Team and FairAction Charity Foundation on this noble cause. The cleanup will take place on Thursday, August 22, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and all necessary materials for the cleanup will be provided.
