The newly inaugurated SouthWest Secretariat of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has been hailed as a landmark achievement for the region, with the 33 local government secretaries from Oyo State expressing their appreciation for Governor Seyi Makinde’s pivotal role in its establishment. The secretariat, located in Ibadan, promises to serve as a hub for enhanced governance and party activities.
The forum led by Hon.Tope Aworele ; State Chairperson , Hon. Oyelami Oyeyemi; Vice Chairman , Hon. Olaonipekun Sammie; Secretary, Hon. Sarah Sobowale; Assistant Secretary, Hon. Bolanle Olaniyi; Treasurer, Hon. Ayodele Olaito; Financial Secretary and Hon Ojo Kolade; PRO in unison expressed their gratitude for Makinde’s support, noting that his leadership has been instrumental in the realization of this modern facility. They highlighted that the secretariat will enable the party to implement policies more effectively and foster a collaborative environment for SouthWest Region
