The executive chairman of Ido local government, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo has showered praises on Governor Seyi Makinde for the approval and distribution of status vehicles to all members of the State Executives Committee of the People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State.
All PDP state executives received a brand new car yesterday, courtesy of the state governor, Seyi Makinde.
Adeojo while reacting to the governor’s kind gesture, described
Seyi Makinde, as a leader who always rewards loyalty as well as keeps promises, said the beneficiaries deserved the gifts, having worked round the clock with other party faithful to ensure the party victory at the 2023 general polls.
The Ido Council Chairman said that Gov. Makinde is a man of vision and a passionate agent of development who always wants to see smiles on the faces of his people.
Adeojo said, ” Governor Makinde is a complete party man and an uncommon leader, he has a good
foresight and currently institutionalizing politics in a way that promotes unity and effectiveness among party leaders and members, especially in Oyo state.
” The car gifts for party executives will go a long way to re-energize their strength, commitment, and zeal to administer the party to more success.
” I commended Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration in the State for his dedication to upholding the PDP’s people-centric principles. His leadership style no doubt drove the party to great success.” Adeojo said.
The council chairman urged the PDP state excos to further work for unity and collaboration with the party stakeholders, leaders, and members at the grassroots to further the PDP’s objectives in the state.
