Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji, Director-General, Liaison Office for Abuja and Lagos, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde’s visionary leadership in upgrading Ladoke Akintola Airport to international standards.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held at Alakia Ibadan Airport on Wednesday, 18th September 2024, marked a significant milestone in Oyo State’s development journey.
“Governor Makinde’s commitment to transforming Oyo State is unwavering,” Dr. Oladimeji said. “This airport upgrade will unlock economic potential, create jobs, and cement our state’s status as a hub for commerce and tourism.”
Dr. Oladimeji praised Governor Makinde’s dedication to empowering the people of Oyo State. “This landmark project demonstrates Governor Makinde’s visionary leadership and commitment to our people’s welfare,” Dr. Oladimeji added.
The airport upgrade is expected to create thousands of job opportunities for resident, boost tourism and commerce in Oyo State and the South West region, enhance economic growth and development
