Oyo Yoruba Youth Leader, Asoju Odo Alawode Rahmon Turbaned as Ameer Shabab of HODIF Muslim Society

Today, at the 5th Annual Ramadan Lecture, Turbaning, and Award presentation event held at the Olunde Primary School Ibadan Playground, the Oyo State Chairman of the Yoruba Council of Youth Worldwide (YCYW), Asoju Odo Abdul Rahman Akintunde Alawode, was turbaned as the Ameer Shabab of the Habeeb Onihantu Dawah Foundation (HODIF).

Expressing his gratitude to the HODIF Muslim Society for bestowing this honor upon him, Ameer Abdul Rahman Akintunde Alawode (Asoju-Odo) emphasized that the award and turbaning serve as a significant encouragement to further dedicate himself to the cause and struggle in the path of Islam.

In his remarks, the proprietor of the HODIF Muslim Society, Ustaz Abeeb Onihantu, described Asoju Odo Alawode Rahmon as a leader with exceptional qualities. He offered prayers for Asoju Odo’s continued successful reign as the state youth leader and wished him a long and prosperous tenure as the Ameer Shabab of the esteemed Muslim Society.

Asoju Odo Alawode expressed his gratitude to Almighty God for His grace and extended warm greetings to all attendees of the event. He extended special recognition to notable personalities present, including General Manager of Success FM Ibadan, Alahji Azeez Adeshina Jagunmade (PAJ1), Honorable Waheed Akintayo Ilumoka, Presenter, Comrade Adegoke Ridwan Pal Solution, Chairman of the National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) JCC Oyo axis, and his entourage. He also acknowledged the delegation of the Yoruba Council of Youth Worldwide (YCYW) Oyo State Council, led by Omoluabi Akinkunmi Akinpelu (Oracle), APC Ona Ara Councillorship Candidate, Honorable Ismail Jamiu Adewale, CEO of Yemigth Cakes and Decorations, Ms. Rukayat Akande, among others.
