Oyo Turaki Adinni, Mogaji Adanla announces mother’s death, to be buried 2pm today

The Turaki Adini of Oyo state & Wakil Faido Tijaniyah Alhaji Abdul Jelil Mogaji Adanla has mourned the passage of his beloved mother, Princess Haolat Apinke Karheem Adanla, describing her death as a great loss.

In a statement made available to Journalists on Saturday, Adanla noted that his late mother, an accomplished business woman, would be buried today at her residence in Ibadan.

The statement read, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un ; “Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return.” [al-Baqarah:156]

“With gratitude to Almighty Allah, we regrettably announce the passage to eternity of Princess Haolat Apinke Karheem Adanla, mother of Oyo Turaki Adini & Wakil Faido Tijaniyya, Alhaji Abdul Jelil Mogaji Adanla. She died yesterday in Ibadan.

“May Allah SWT forgive her shortcomings and comfort the family for this irreplaceable loss. The funeral prayer for the repose of the soul of our late mother is schedule to take place today by 2pm at her residence in Taiwo street polytechnic road, Sango, Ibadan.

“We take solace in knowing that our mother lived an exemplary life of service, and selfless devotion to development of her people and nation.

“We pray Almighty Allah grant her Al-Jannah Firdaus. Amin.”
