The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, *Prince Falana Adebowale Adebayo*, has extended his warm felicitations to his Head of Media Unit, *Mr. Opeyemi Rasheed (popularly known as Socrates)*, on the occasion of his birthday.
