Oyo PDP Youth Leader, Michael Ogunsina, Congratulates Honorable Abiodun Awoleye on His Appointment as Caretaker Committee Chairman of PDP in Ogun State

Oyo State PDP Youth Leader and Acting Publicity Secretary, Hon. Michael Ogunsina, has congratulated former House of Representatives member and current Chairman of the Oyo State Primary Healthcare Board, Hon. Abiodun Awoleye, on his appointment as Caretaker Committee Chairman of the PDP in Ogun State.

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Michael Ogunsina described the appointment as a testament to Hon. Awoleye’s exemplary service, dedication, and extensive experience in public service.

“I, Michael Ogunsina, Oyo State PDP Youth Leader and Acting Publicity Secretary, extend my heartfelt congratulations to Honorable Abiodun Awoleye on his recent appointment as the Caretaker Committee Chairman of our great party in Ogun State.

Hon. Awoleye’s appointment, announced by the National Organizing Secretary of the PDP, Hon. Umar Bature, and effective from July 28, 2024, is a testament to his exemplary service, dedication, and extensive experience in public service.

His distinguished record includes serving as a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly, a member of the Federal House of Representatives and currently the Chairman of the Oyo State Primary Healthcare Board.

His wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to good governance make this appointment well-deserved.

Hon. Awoleye’s leadership will undoubtedly bring effective and dynamic management to the affairs of the PDP in Ogun State.

The new caretaker committee, comprising capable and esteemed members such as Barrister Paul Oladipo Ogunnubi as Secretary, and other notable members, is charged with the responsibility of steering the party’s activities in Ogun State within the stipulated 90-day period or until a new executive committee is elected.

This task is critical for the continued growth and success of the PDP in the region.
