A chairmanship hopeful for Ibadan South East Local Government (IBSELG), Hon. Kazeem Adedeji, has commended the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for his unwavering commitment to party development and internal cohesion within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), following the commissioning of the new Oyo State PDP Secretariat.
Hon. Adedeji described the commissioning of the state-of-the-art party secretariat as a landmark achievement that reflects Governor Makinde’s vision for a strong, united, and institutionally grounded PDP in Oyo State.
According to him, the new secretariat is more than an administrative structure, but a symbol of stability, inclusiveness, and purposeful leadership, noting that it will further enhance coordination, grassroots engagement, and effective party administration across the state.
“Governor Seyi Makinde has once again demonstrated his commitment to strengthening the PDP beyond electoral victories.
The commissioning of this secretariat shows foresight, loyalty to party ideals, and a clear understanding of the importance of strong institutions in sustaining democracy,” Hon. Adedeji said.
The IBSELG chairmanship aspirant further applauded the governor for prioritizing party unity and empowering stakeholders at all levels, stressing that such investments will continue to solidify the PDP’s dominance and credibility in Oyo State.
