Oyo PDP Scribe Adeleke, Gives Out Cash, Freezer to Party Member

In a bid to give back to the party and also reward loyal and committed party members, the Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke has empowered Mrs Mujidat Akinola, one of the party members from ward 6 in Ibadan North East Local Government with cash and a deep freezer.

In his remarks, the Party’s scribe in Oyo State said it is important to reward loyal party members when necessary even as he appealed to those who have not been compensated to exercise patience as it would soon be their turn.

This empowerment program came on the hill of his promise at the local government party meeting recently held where he assured Party’s members of getting rewarded.

The empowerment becomes necessary as the effect of the hard economic policies of the federal government bites harder while many finds it difficult to meet daily needs.

The beneficiary, Mrs. Akinade has been described as a committed and dedicated member of the party who has shown so much dedication and resilience over time.

While thanking Alhaji Adeleke, Mrs Akinola said she would forever remain grateful to the Party’s secretary for counting her worthy of this noble gesture in the midst of plenty other people. She prayed for more good health and continued God’s relevance for her while she described as her benefactor.

The short empowerment program which was performed by Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, took place at the Party’s secretariat, Molete also had in attendance the councilor representing ward 6, Hon. Muideen Adesina; the party chairman in ward 6, Hon. Olayiwola Mojeed; the Political head of Oke Ibadan North LCDA, Hon. Oladeji Bolanle and others.
