The Chairman of the Oyo Local Government Staff Pension Board, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, has congratulated the lawmaker representing Lagelu State Constituency, Hon. Akintunde Emmanuel Olajide (AKT), and the Chairman of Ibadan North-West Local Government, Hon. Rahmon Adepoju, on the occasion of their birthday anniversary.
Hon. Ige conveyed his greetings in a personally signed statement made available to journalists.
He described Hon. Akintunde as a committed and exceptional legislator, noting that the two-term lawmaker has brought pride to the Oyo State House of Assembly through his dedication, diligence, and excellence in legislative duties. According to him, these qualities have made Hon. Akintunde well-suited to lead the House Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.
“As he celebrates his birthday today, I have no doubt that he will continue to uphold the principles of integrity, diligence, and service, contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of his constituency and Oyo State as a whole,” Ige said.
Hon. Ige also described Hon. Adepoju as a devoted leader whose commitment to the development of Ibadan North-West Local Government remains exemplary.
