Oyo LG Polls: People Cheer as Iwajowa LG Chairman, Muritala Oyewumi Receives Certificate of Return From OYSIEC
In recognition of victory at the just concluded local government election, the newly elected Chairman, Iwajowa Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Hon. Muritala Abiodun Oyewumi popularly known as ‘Natural’ has received Certificate of Return from Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission(OYSIEC).

According to the release, “today, Friday being the 10th of May 2024, the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission presented the Certificates of Return to all the elected Local Government Chairmen in the just concluded elections”.
“Just like the other Council Chairmen, congratulatory messages continue to pour in specially for the winner of Iwajowa Local Government Chairmanship Election across all media spaces to wish him a successful tenure in office”.
“As always, a one time Executive Chairman of Iwajowa Local Government and a leader with so much interest in the growth and development of his area, Asiwaju Barr. John Adeniyi Farinto while congratulating Hon. Muritala Abiodun Oyewumi and other Chairmen from Oke-Ogun axis admonished all of them to strive relentlessly for the infrastructural upgrade of their various Councils in line with developmental agenda of His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde – that that is the only legacy to be bequeathed as a successful Chairman”.
