The Member representing Oyo East/Oyo West Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olorunpoto Cephas Rahaman, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Chairman of the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA), Hon. Busoye Ralph Ogunlade.
