In a bid to foster entrepreneurship and sustainable agricultural practices, Hon. Olorunpoto Cephas Rahaman, Oyo assembly member representing Oyo East/Oyo West State Constituency has announced the launch of the Collaborative Agribusiness Empowerment initiative.

This groundbreaking program aims to empower 300 youths from the Oyo East/Oyo West State Constituency in the realm of agribusiness.

The initiative boasts a comprehensive and hands-on approach, guiding participants from ideation to production while providing essential resources every step of the way.

The event will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the PDP Federal Secretariat, Tobacco, Oyo, located within the Oyo Federal Constituency, starting at 10 a.m.

Participants will have the opportunity to delve into various agribusiness value chains, including food production and processing, poultry, rabbit production, pig production, crop production, snail production, feed mill operations, agroproduce exporting, and more.

Hon. Olorunpoto Cephas Rahaman emphasized the importance of equipping youths with the necessary skills and resources to thrive in the agricultural sector.
