The distinguished member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Atisbo/Saki-East State Constituency, Hon. Saminu Riliwan Gbadamosi, popularly known as Wale Canada, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday greetings to a revered statesman, Hon. Alhaji Chief Tunji Rafiu Adekunle, the Aremo of Tede land.

Hon. Wale Canada, who currently serves as the Chairman of the House Committee on Health, described Chief Adekunle as a respected leader whose remarkable contributions to governance and community development in Oyo State continue to inspire many.
Chief Adekunle’s public service track record includes serving as Secretary of Ifedapo Local Government, Secretary of the Ifedapo Local Education Authority, Coordinator of Poverty Alleviation (NAPEP), and Member of the Governing Council of The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He also held the position of Minority Leader in the Oyo State House of Assembly and later served as Executive Chairman of the Oyo State Pensions Board.

Hon. Wale Canada praised Chief Adekunle’s unwavering commitment to public service, describing him as a symbol of dedication, wisdom, and community pride.
