The house of Assembly member, Ibadan south west LG constituency 2, Hon Oluwafowokanmi Femi Betterlife has joined family members, associates, and the entire Ibadanland to felicitate His Imperial Majesty, His Excellency Oba (Senator) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja FNSE, ARUSA 1, the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the occasion of his 81st birthday.
In his congratulatory message, fowokanmi extolled the monarch as “a rare gift to Ibadanland, Oyo State, and Nigeria, whose life embodies resilience, wisdom, and undiluted commitment to public service and traditional institutions.”
He noted that Kabiyesi’s ascension to the Olubadan throne has brought renewed pride to Ibadan’s cultural heritage, while his 81 years on earth stand as a testimony of divine grace, courage, and a life of positive impact.

Your Imperial Majesty’s reign as the 44th Olubadan is already being marked by wisdom, dignity, and unity. May Almighty Allah continue to strengthen you with sound health, long life, and uncommon grace to lead Ibadanland into greater prosperity,” fowokanmi said.
Fowokanmi added that Olubadan’s birthday is not only a celebration of age but also of enduring legacies as a statesman, administrator, cultural icon, and now the father of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria with Diaspora.
