In a continuous proactive measures to tackle the current hunger in the society, Hon lawmaker representing the good People of Ibadan North West State Constituency, Hon Dr Dawood Akanni Olalere popularly known as D-Al-Ameen has empowered another sets of people across the 11 wards of his constituency with the cash gift of #20,000 each to support their businesses at this crucial time of hunger and depression.
The Chairman House Committe on Security and Strategy equally encouraged the beneficiaries to judiciously utilise the money and make sure they engage in something that can at least bring foods to their table.
He also promised to put palliative measure in place across the 11 wards of Ibadan North West State Constituency monthly to alleviate poverty and eradicate hunger in the community.
In a remarks, all the beneficiaries appreciated the political icon, Hon D Al-Ameen for the cash empowerment to support their businesses at this sorry state of a nation and pray for more blessings and divine protections.
At the premises and at the heat of the meeting, the Headmistress, staffs and pupils of Salvation Army Primary School danced joyously to meet with the great philanthropist and commended him for unwavering dedication and remarkable contribution to people not only to his constituency but Oyo State at large and also the assistance he has rendered so far to the needs of the school.
The principal outpoint the crucial problem the school is facing in terms of water (i.e faulty pumping machine) and also invited him to the end of the session party to put more smile to the face of the pupils and their parents.
The school management and pupils were overwhelmed and joyous as the medical expert promised to get new pumping machine and rebuild the water system. He also promised to send delegates to the session party with cash gift and note books to be distributed to the pupils.
