OYO LAWMAKER COMFORTER MOURNS LATE OYO REP, HON. OLAIDE AKINREMI JAGABAN

Hon. Dr. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide, the Lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly has mourned the passing of Hon. Olaide Akinremi JAGABAN, who until his death was the Legislator representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Abuja.

Late Prince Akinremi who passed on this morning after a brief illness had been a two-termed Member of the House, a ranking member and is just over a year into his second term tenure.

In a short message made available by the Head of her Media Department, Hon. Comforter’s message read in part:

“With a heavy heart, I sympathize with the Oyo State Government, the National Assembly, The House of Representatives and the good people of Ibadan North Local Government, on the rude and shocking demise of Rt. Hon. Akinremi Musliu (JAGABAN) Prince Olaide Akinremi Jagaban , who until his sudden death was the member Representing my Constituency, the Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.

“It was indeed a huge shock for me to hear the unbelievable news today that Hon. JAGABAN is no more. This is a loss that is difficult to recover from as the late Lawmaker was an astute Statesman who was beloved by many.

“May God Almighty give his family, friends and loved ones the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss and May they be consoled at this difficult time.”
