“There is no way a private institution can only interact with NUC,and other education regulatory bodies without having a relationship with the ministry of Education in the State.

“In the Ministry of Education Science and Technology, we just need to bring private tertiary institutions into the board, by making sure that they register with us in the ministry.
“Also, In terms of teaching, we want to look at the quality of what they are teaching in their various institutions. Our monitoring and evaluation unit needs to know the quality of teachers teaching their students.
“ In the area of research, several proposals have been requested for the private institutions, instead of going to Rwanda, going to Zambia, to move to collaboration with such partners.
“We can always bring them on board to us. We are joining us in conducting our research.
“ In the area of community service, we need them because the Tertiary is focused on three major things which are teaching, research and community service.
So, these are endless benefits.
You can see we brought a glo network service to share their experience with them on how to use the technology to drive a teaching research and community service in the various tertiary institutions.
