One of the criteria which may be needed for voter’s confidence in their leaders at the polls is the pedigree of the candidate,alongside other important factors for acceptability and ultimate VICTORY ✌️.

Pedigree speaks volumes about the *goodwill* such a candidate or his lineage may have curried over time . It highlights the immense contributions that the public must have enjoyed from such individual or his lineage in the past. Pedigree just means the volume of good and impacts to the society. Simply,the track ⏺️ record of socio-economic and infrastructural developments courtesy of the one ,who can boast of pedigree.

Pedigree is not the name associated with a designed “, vocabulary” on the floor of the parliament.it certainly goes beyond self proclamation.

Kudos and respect to Late Adegoke Adelabu ” *Penkelemesi* ” ,who played well his legislative role as a parliamentarian ,during the first Republic .His name is already ethched in history as one of the vocal politicians of his days .

Likewise other patriots,who have contributed immensely to socio-economic and political developments at one period or the other in history. Posterity will not forget what each individual has contributed and today’s history has continued to elevate most prominently,Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo and some other Yoruba leaders as those with what we can call *pedigree* in *political* *lexicon* .

Thus,pedigree goes beyond self acclamation of mere reference to name associated with a parliamentarian noted for his courage and vocal vituperation on the floor of the parliament .

Sadly enough,the popularity of the name of that Ibadan man ,who played well his front role in the vanguard was not built upon by the lineage,who now wants to consolidate on the name .

Therefore,the real pedigree we know are those whose impacts are felt by the populace .The patriots and grassroots Democrats ,who have taken their resources, energy,vigour and vision to impact on people, community,town and state.

Remi Oseni stands as the *true* *democrat* ,with track records of impacts and putting smiles on the faces of the populace.He is the real man with the “pedigree” for impacts and imprints on the sands of history .

As a private man before venturing into the game of politics,Dr Remi Oseni has taken, putting smiles on people with such dedication,that degrees of financial empowerment and assistance became the order,proferring solutions to people s plight,the pedigree that the populace can refer .

Hon Remi Oseni has indulged in massive provision of transformers,construction and repair of bridges and roads,provision of water through boreholes sunk at numerous areas ,educational assistance to students in their large numbers,scholarships and fees payment,care of the sick Youths ,Women and widows empowerment.

He has not rested on the good name from his background alone,but stand courageously to impacts the world 🌎 around him .

Much more significantly,Hon Dr. Abass Remi Oseni has consolidated on his deep philanthropic activities after he was elected a member of the House of Representatives in 2023.

He has simply redefined the purpose of public office ,beyond the task of legislative responsibilities alone.Remi Oseni has opted to use the instrument of legislature to attract development to his people.He has effected several roads rehabilitation and reconstruction massively to his federal Constituency,as chairman of the House of Reps committee on FERMA .

Hon Remi Oseni has paid for both WAEC and UTME forms of more than 1,000 students spread across the Ibarapa East and Ido Local Government Areas.He has designed scholarships and assisted people in their problems severally.Just a few for easy reference.

These were in addition to several infrastructural developments effected ,such as building of Mosques and churches, construction of ICT building at The Polytechnic,Ibadan ,provision of boreholes and others noticeably within the federal Constituency.No wonder he was able to defeat the then incumbent with marginal votes of more than 18,000 votes difference(the pedigree secured for him the victory by the people)
