The Chairman and entire members of the Orumogege Football Competition Committee have sent a condolences message to the Oyo state sports council and Football Association of Oyo State over the death of the Oyo state ministry of youth and sports official, Kehinde Adelowo.
Chairman Orumogege Football competition, Amos Adewale Ado expressed grieved over Ojelowo sudden death, saying, “with deep shock and sadness the news of the passing of Mr. Kehinde Ojelowo, a distinguished football administrator of the Oyo State Football Association and the Oyo State Sports Council”.
“Late Mr. Ojelowo was a well-behaved, respectful, and highly dedicated professional who served the football community with passion, integrity, and commitment. His humility, discipline, and devotion to duty stood him out as a shining example to colleagues and younger sports enthusiasts alike”. He said
Amos says Ojelowo immense contributions to the growth and development of football in Oyo State, particularly at the grassroots level, will remain indelible in the hearts of the people who had the privilege of working with him. “The football family has indeed lost a committed administrator, a peace-loving gentleman, and a great pillar of support”.
“While we deeply mourn his departure, we take solace in the impactful life he lived and the legacy he left behind in the world of sports. We pray that Almighty God grants his soul eternal rest and gives his family, friends, and colleagues the strength to bear this painful loss”. He concluded
