Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, popularly known as the “Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assembly” and member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan North Constituency 2, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon.
