The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his visionary leadership in unveiling the upgrade of the Ladoke Akintola Airport, Ibadan, to an international standard.
In a statement released by his media aide, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, Dr. GLORIOUS described the project as a transformative initiative that will significantly drive economic growth, development, and prosperity not only for Oyo State but for the entire southwest region.
“This upgrade will open new avenues for investment, boost commerce, and enhance the connectivity of Oyo State to the rest of the world, bringing long-term benefits to the laboring southwest states,” the Chairman stated.
Dr. GLORIOUS further expressed his unwavering support for the ongoing infrastructural developments under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, emphasizing that such projects will elevate the economic status of Oyo State and improve the quality of life for its citizens.
The Chairman also urged the people of Oyo State to continue supporting the Makinde-led administration as it continues to deliver on its promises of development and progress.
