Oloye Adegoke, Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, has expressed deep sympathy for the traders who suffered significant losses in the recent fire outbreak at Aleshiloye Market.

The devastating fire, which occurred late Tuesday night, ravaged a substantial portion of the market, destroying numerous shops and goods worth millions of naira.
The incident has left many traders in a state of shock and despair, with their livelihoods severely impacted. Reports indicate that the fire, which primarily affected the plastic merchants’ section of the market, required extensive efforts from both government and private firefighting services to bring under control.

The Chairman of Solutions 93.9 FM, Oloye Adegoke, in a statement, conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the affected traders and their families. He acknowledged the immense hardship they are facing and pledged to support them in their efforts to rebuild.
“It is with a heavy heart that I witness the destruction caused by this unfortunate incident,” Oloye Adegoke stated. “Aleshiloye Market is a vital part of our community, and the losses suffered by these traders are deeply felt by all of us. I pray that they find the strength to overcome this challenge.”
Furthermore, Oloye Adegoke commended the swift response of the Oyo State government in their efforts to contain the fire and minimize the damage. He acknowledged the prompt actions taken by Governor Seyi Makinde and the relevant authorities to address the situation.

“I am impressed by the prompt and coordinated response of the Oyo State government,” Oloye Adegoke said.
“I urge the government to continue to provide the necessary assistance to help these traders get back on their feet.”
