It was an atmosphere of fun, camaraderie, and sportsmanship as the Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, hosted members of the Cronies Club Ibadan to a friendly football match at his residence.
The well-attended event which is the club ‘s annual general meeting brought together friends, associates, and members of the prestigious club for an engaging and entertaining, interacting and sporting experience aimed at fostering unity, relaxation, and group bonding.
The match, filled with exciting moments and friendly saw Oloye Adegoke’s team clinching victory against Barr Lowo Obisesan’s team in grand style, to the delight of the spectators and participants alike.
Speaking after the game, Oloye Adegoke being the captain of the victorious team appreciated members of the Cronies Club for their continuous fellowship and support, emphasizing the importance of friendship and teamwork beyond professional engagements. He noted that such social interactions help to promote physical fitness, mutual respect, and shared values among peers.
