The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Information Chapel (NUJIC), Oyo State, is set to hold its 2025 Press Week Celebration and Honourary Award/Certificate Presentation on Thursday, 31st October 2025, at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan.
The event, themed “The Future of Media Professionals in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” will feature Mogaji Soladoye Adewole, Managing Director of The Polytechnics Media, as Guest Lecturer.
Chief Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, the Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, will serve as Chairman of the Occasion, while Chief Nureni Akanbi, the Olubadan-in-Council member, will be Royal Father of the Day.
Other dignitaries include Ambassador Romoke Danlat Akinse (CEO, Kayrom Lee Group) as Mother of the Day, Prince Dotun Oyelade as Chief Host, and Mr. Fasasi Ismail as Host.
The event promises to be a remarkable convergence of media professionals, thought leaders, and policymakers to discuss the evolving dynamics of journalism in the era of Artificial Intelligence.
