The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. (Mrs) Toyin Balogun, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Woman Leader in Ibadan North West Local Government, Alhaja Kudirat Jimoh.

In a heartfelt condolence message, Hon. Balogun commiserated with the family of the deceased, describing Alhaja Jimoh as a dedicated and passionate rallying point for the women of her local government who contributed immensely to the growth and unity of the party, especially among the female demographic
She extended her sympathies to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North West Local Government, Alhaji Rahman Adepoju, the PDP Chairman in the local government, Alhaji Lukman Adesina, as well as other party leaders, women, and faithful who have been deeply affected by the loss.

“Alhaja Kudirat Jimoh was not just a committed party stalwart but also a pillar of strength and inspiration to many women within our political space. Her demise is a great loss not only to Ibadan NorthWest but to the entire PDP family in Oyo State,” Hon Balogun stated.

Hon. Balogun prayed for the peaceful repose of Alhaja Jimoh’s soul,that Allah( SWT) overlook her shortcomings and grant her Aljanat Firdaus

She also urged the family and party faithful to find strength in the legacies she left behind.
“She will be remembered for her selfless service, loyalty, and unwavering belief in the power of women in politics,” she added.
