Makinde Commissioner, Hon. Mrs. Toyin Balogun Celebrates a Builder of Leaders; Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi

The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs & Social Inclusion under the administration of His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde; Hon. Mrs. Toyin Balogun, has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to the Otunba Mayeloye of Ijeru kingdom,Chief of Staff to the Governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, describing him as an outstanding administrator and a strong bulwark of support for the present government.

In her goodwill message, Hon. Mrs. Balogun commended Otunba Ogunwuyi for his loyalty, wisdom,outstanding intellect and unwavering commitment to the success of the Makinde-led administration.She referred to the COS fondly as “one of the principal leaders in our band of dyed in the wool GSM Acolytes”

She noted that his wealth of experience and calm leadership style have continued to play a vital role in ensuring effective coordination and stabilization of governance

The commissioner praised the Chief of Staff’s passion for service and people-oriented governance, most especially for his unalloyed loyalty to her Principal ; GSM adding that his contributions have greatly enhanced policy implementation and good governance across Oyo State, stating that he is a well respected chanpion mentor and role model for many up and coming leaders in the state

She recalled fondly that Otunba was the one who believed in her capacity to add value and who encouraged and supported her to take on a very

tasking challenge Though the result was different from the target ,it proved to be just as if not even more fulfilling

Hon. Mrs. Balogun prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, and greater accomplishments for Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, wishing him many more years of impactful service to Oyo State and humanity.

She joined family members, political associates, and well-wishers in celebrating the respected statesman on his special day.
