The Chairman, Oyo State Hospital Management Board (OYSHMB), Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has extended warm congratulations to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, FNSE, on the occasion of his 58th birthday, describing him as a transformational leader whose governance has repositioned the state on the path of sustainable development.
