LG Polls: I Remain Committed To PDP’s Victory And Will Never Work Against My Party. – Hon Mustapha Adeyanju; Ido LG CoS

Hon Adeyanju, in a statement made available to news men urge all his supporters, followers, adherents and the entire good people of Ido Local Government to massively come out to their various polling units to vote the PDP Chairmanship candidate, his vice and all our 10 councillors as they remain the only option for a greater Ido in line with the brilliant vision of His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde.

“It is a well known fact that I may not be on the same page with with the Executive Chairman of Ido local government and the candidate of our great Party, however I will never do or participate in anything that will deny my Party, the Peoples Democratic Party Victory in the Saturday LG elections.

It is also fact that for over seven months, the Executive Chairman of Ido local government has denied me the privileges of my office including withholding my salaries and other entitlements, yet all these are not a enough reason for me to work against him or the PDP. I am a part of his success story either he accepts it or not. And as such I will never work to destroy what I have helped built.

The statement indicated further ” I am more experienced in politics to know that the enemies of our Party had spent their time and this is our own time, and as such we will not yield any inch of Ido local government to them.”

The Ido CoS further said that, “it has come to my attention that enemies of our Party have again come up with her nefarious and malicious intentions of misinforming the public via divisive information aim at harnessing my large followership against my beloved party, the PDP in the coming LG elections. I wholesomely refute these claims and emphasize my commitment to the total victory of every candidate of our Party. I urge all members of the PDP and my numerous supporters to disregard any divisive rumors been spread about and be rest assured that I remain resolute and focus on the success of our Party, and the emergence of all our candidates as my antecedents has always shown my total alliance with the party no matter the pains and have never and will never work against my Party.”

“The opposition, might in their ill-thoughts believe there’s any loophole for them to harness but their folly is noticeable as they failed to understand that a camp that has the vice chairmanship candidate and 8 councillorship candidates could ever think anything less of total victory at the polls. I remain grateful to the Peoples Democratic Party for the overwhelming opportunities as the Chief Of Staff, Ido LG GSM Ward Champion and more importantly, the Governor’s Returning Officer in the last elections and this among many others makes me extra committed to our joint victory in the Saturday LG elections.”

“As an integral part of the structures and institutions that enthroned Hon Adeojo in the last elections, I remain steadfast in continuous process of ensuring our jointly built house remains beautifully standing. As such we will not yield any single vote to any opposition in Ido local government and this remains my political campaign to all our people during my electioneering visits to all wards in the nooks and crannies of our Local Government as I give my moral, political and financial support to our candidates”
