Strong Support from CDC, Religious Leaders, and Market Leaders for Akande’s Re-election in Ibadan South West Local Government

The political landscape in Ibadan South West Local Government is heating up as the 2024
Local Government elections draw closer. One local government that is currently in the spotlight is the Ibadan South West Local Government , where Honourable Kehinde Akande and Honourable Tajudeen Adigun are seeking for the reelection as chairman and vice chairman of the local government under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

The campaign flag-off for the federal constituency held yesterday was a resounding success, with the candidates receiving maximum support from various stakeholders, including the Community Development Council (CDC), religious leaders, and market leaders. The overwhelming show of support is a testament to the credibility and popularity of these two candidates.

Honourable Kehinde Akande, a seasoned politician and grassroots mobilizer, has been a prominent figure in the constituency for many years as the incumbent chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government , he has notably done well in office.

Elétù has a track record of delivering on his promises and advocating for the welfare of the people.
