LG Poll : Akande/Atu Receives Overwhelming Endorsement from Idi-Arere, Isale-ijebu, Popoyemoja, and Bode Oja Community for Second Term

The residents of Idi-Arere, Isale-Ijebu, Popoyemoja, and Bode Oja communities in Ibadan South West Local Government have unanimously endorsed Honourable Kehinde Akande as Chairman and Honourable Tajudeen Adigun Atu as Vice Chairman for a second term.

The decision to endorse both candidates was reached after careful consideration of their outstanding performance and dedication to the development of the local government. Under their leadership, significant progress has been made in various sectors, including infrastructure, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment.

Honourable Kehinde Akande, as the Chairman, has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills and a deep understanding of the needs of the communities. The residents of Idi-Arere, Isale-Ijebu, Popoyemoja, and Bode Oja communities believe that re-electing Honourable Kehinde Akande and Honourable Tajudeen Adigun Atu will ensure the continuity of the ongoing development projects and the realization of their long-term aspirations. Speaking during the tour, Honourable Labule Soliu Ishola, liaison officer to Governor Makinde for Ibadan South West/North West Federal Constituency commended the effort of party members in ward 3 and 4. He charged the party faithful to keep promoting the candidates towards April 27 2024. The director general of the campaign, Honourable Kunle Busari appreciate the party members and remind them of the needful for next local government election.

Honourable Tajudeen Adigun opined that the people of the community should continue to give their support as the government will continue to add value to them. The party candidate for chairmanship position, Honourable Kehinde Akande made his intention known to the communities that his government will continually carry them along and deliver across board.
