Hon. Rahman Adepoju of Ibadan North West Receives Certificate of Return From OYSIEC, FELICITATES WITH CONSTITUENTS:

The Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission, on Friday,10th May 2024 has issued Certificate of return to all candidates that were elected at the April 27 local government elections at the State office, Agodi Ibadan.

The Ibadan North West Local Government Chairman,Hon. Rahman Adepoju collected his Certificate of Return alongside his vice, Hon. Ganiy Omotosho at the OYSIEC State Office Agodi Gate, Ibadan.

This is the second time that Governor Seyi Makinde will coordinate the local government election and this shows that he is a lover of democracy. So this mandate given to us that the people are appreciated and cherished and we are promising more development”, Adepoju stated.

However, the Executive Chairman, Rahman Adepoju and his vice,Ganiy Omotosho alongside other elects in Oyo State will be sworn in by His Excellency, Engr. (Dr) Seyi Makinde,the Executive Governor of Oyo State on May 24 for a second term tenure in office.

In the joy of victory and preparation of the sworn in,Hon. Adepoju,his vice, Hon. Omotosho alongside stakeholders in the local government felicitated with constituents and appreciated them for their support.

In his speech, the chairman promised more developmental projects and dividends of democracy to all the wards in the local government.

Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke,Oyo State PDP Secretary in his remark, encouraged the constituents to remain united.

Present at the joyous event held at the local government meeting venue were Hon. (Alhaji) Wasiu Adeleke, Oyo State PDP Secretary,Hon. Ishola Labule,S.A Federal Constituency, Alhaji Lukman Adesina, the local government party chairman, serving and elected councilors, party-ward executives among others.
