LG ELECTION: Your victory a reflection of PDP acceptability in Irepo LG— Yeye Adenike congratulates TT, Vice Chair-elect, Councillors

A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Irepo local government and CEO of T-Gold Unisex Salon and Boutique in Ibadan, Yeye Adenike Aderibigbe Fauziyat Remi-Olarinde has extended her heartfelt congratulations to the Chairman-Elect, Hon. Olayiwola Tunde Taoheed (TT), on his resounding victory in the recently concluded Local Government poll.

Yeye Adenike, who equally congratulated the vice chairman elect and the ten councilors, noted that their overwhelming victory at the Saturday’s poll was a reflection of PDP acceptability in Irepo local government.

The Kishi-born philanthropist expressed her congratulations to newsmen on Monday, stating that Hon. TT has earned his stripes as a loyal party man who remain committed even when it was rough and tough.

According to her, while I am pleased that Hon. TT’s dedication to the party has paid off, prospective politicians should learn from him if they want to succeed in politics.

She stated that the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has laid a good foundation for the community’s development which was reflected in the party’s success.

The outcome of the Saturday’s election has clearly shown that the people are impressed with the developmental stride of Makinde’s administration, according to Yeye Adenike, who acknowledged the Governor and his Deputy leadership’ qualities and dedication to public service.

She expressed optimism that the local government will continue to flourish and serve the interests of all kishians under Hon. TT’s leadership.

Yeye Adenike equally assured that the team wouldn’t let down party members, even as she urged all of the elected Councillors to maintain a cordial relationship with their chairman for the good development of the grassroots as envisioned in Gov. Seyi Makinde’s administration blueprints.

In her words, “I wish to congratulate the Irepo chairman elect, Hon. TT, vice chair elect, as well as the ten councillors elect on their election victory.

“This victory is a reflection of PDP acceptability in Irepo local government. And I have no doubt that the team will uphold our confidence in them.

“Therefore, I urge all the elected Councilors to ensure harmonious relationship with Hon TT for positive development of the grassroots as envisioned in Gov Seyi Makinde’s administration blueprints.”
