IREPO LGA Chairman Hosts Amofin Beulah Adeoye, Commends His Guber Ambition

The Chairman, Irepo Local Government Area, Hon. Taoheed Tunde Olayiwola recently played a host of Amofin Beulah Adeoye and his team as the consultation of the legal icon ahead 2027 gubernatorial project gather momentum.

Hon. Taoheed Olayiwola commended the bold move of Amofin Adeoye, who had earlier declared his gubernatorial ambition for 2027 in order to build on the legacy of Governor Seyi Makinde.

The consultation and strategic meeting held at the Local Government Secretariat in Kishi. Hon. Taoheed Olayiwola welcomed political heavyweights and stakeholders in Irepo LGA to the meeting. Hon. Olayiwola said it’s a good thing to have son of Oke-Ogun zone to aspire for governorship seat in the state. He called on the good people of Oke-Ogun zone Oyo state as a whole to throw their weight behind Oke-Ogun zone.

Amofin Adeoye in his remarks appreciated the Chairman, Hon. Olayiwola and others present at the meeting. Amofin Adeoye stressed that his visitation to the LGA is to achieve inclusiveness for Oke-Ogun zone in the political scheme as 2027 election circle approaches.

The Ipapo-born legal icon maintained that unity of purpose and cooperation are necessary to achieve Oke-Ogun gubernatorial ambition. He referenced that the State Party Chairman, Hon. Dayo Ogungbenro has made a pledge to vacate his seat to pave way for Oke-Ogun gubernatorial ambition if that will be the ultimate sacrifice from his end.

Amofin Adeoye hailed the leadership of Governor Makinde for his true love for Oke-Ogun development and Oyo State a whole. Amofin Adeoye appreciated Deputy Governor, Barr Bayo Lawal for the trust he earned from Governor Makinde. He equally acknowledged the presence of Pa Ayinde Ogede and others at the meeting.

On the entourage of Amofin Adeoye were; Pa Ojelowo from Ago-Are, Alhaji Kabiru Adebayo, Head of Amofin Beulah Political Movement and his team, Hon. Alani Alwajud, Political Aide to Gov Makinde on Old Irepo Federal Constituency, LG Coordinators of Amofin Beulah Adeoye and other members. Mr. Ridwan Fasasi led other members of Beulah Adeoye Foundation to the event. Also present was the party women leader in the LGA, Mrs Sariyu Yusau.
