The Executive Vice Chairman Egbeda Local Government/Political Head & Administrator, Ajorosun LCDA. Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple has wished all Nigerians both home and in the diaspora a happy 64th Independence Day.

The council boss in a press release signed by the council Information Officer, Mrs. Oyebode Damilola Mary, prayed that the love of Nigerians for their country; their devotion as compatriots; and passion inspire them to serve their country, lead them to a better brighter future.

“May the spirit of patriotism and love for our country leads you towards a brighter future” these are his words.

Similarly, the council helmsman urged them to seek the face of God in a challenging time like this, when the country is going through economic hardship. Adding that, they should take it easy.

According to him, Hon Simple said “I want to encourage everyone (Nigerians) to take it easy, and keep hoping for a better days. As taking one’s life is never an option and nor the solution, everything is going to be well, let’s keep trusting on God. We all should do our best, no matter what. Meanwhile, Nigerians should stop saying bad things about the country, we should rather be positive.”
